Kitchen Mini-Makeover

Before

After

Ok, I have big plans for my kitchen but right now I have so many things going on in my life that getting into a project like that would be the craziest thing to do. In the meantime I did a little facelift, wasn't planned. I was at my local Costco when I saw this beautiful industrial like kitchen faucet for a fraction of its price so I bought it thinking in my next year kitchen remodel... well... couldn't wait, the faucet was installed that same night and the next day I realized I didn't like the way it looked with the cabinets on top and that I like better the idea of having open shelves instead, so.... I tiered them down. The problem was that they were part of the big ones so once the were pulled the sides of the big cabinets were gone too, living a hole ... nothing that a piece of plywood and matching paint couldn't fix, then the shelves were attached and everything was done in less than 24hrs and for under 200$. including the cabinets handles.
Tip: The stainless steel look-a-like back splash is very inexpensive roofing material glue to the wall.
